When I saw this jacket it took me a flat 10 seconds to decide I had to have it. I mean what's not to love? Unicorns and sequins are surely a one way road to fashion utopia! In fact, I adore it so much I bought it out to LA with me where it is 30C plus weather. Somehow, someway I'm going to wear it! Read more
Having fallen head over heels in love with BCBG there were a few full price pieces I couldn't resist splurging on from their recent A/W15 collection. Read more
BCBG was probably the one shop I spent the most time (and money!) in while I was in LA. Although it was a brand I knew of, mostly for their evening dresses and association with Herve Leger, it wasn't somewhere I had shopped in. The reason I fell so madly in love with their clothes is because it offers stylish dressing for lazy people! Yes, I love fashion and putting outfits together but sometimes on a regular, run of the mill work day there is nothing better then throwing on a dress or top/ skirt combo which looks great without any need for additional accessorising.

I've talked on numerous occasions about my love for Bicester Village and how I've found some of my favourite pieces of all time there. However, I'm finally learning it's not a place I can exercise any form of will power. In fact, it's crack for shopaholics and I always come back broke. Read more
As long as I can remember transitioning into Autumn has been my favourite time of the year because the weather is as close to perfection as UK weather can get! It is still warm but the air is starting to feel crisp. Also, in the fashion stakes we're moving toward layering, earthy tones and textures, all of which I love! Read more
Saks off 5th is one of my favourite shopping haunts in LA for picking up a designer bargain. They recently opened their doors at the Beverly Connection on Las Cienega (opposite the Beverly Centre). It is definitely the best of the discount department store outlets I've visited. It is wonderfully laid out, easy to navigate and far tidier than a lot of their competitor's outlets. Also, the designer brand selection is second to none.

Sooo my dream bag recently happened. I've been eying up a vintage Chanel backpack for over a year but either I haven't had the funds available or the right bag hasn't been up for sale. When I spotted this one on Vestiaire Collective it was an easy decision to treat myself. The condition was one of the best I had seen and although I would have liked to pay a little less, the price wasn't too horrific.

I think I've mentioned on the blog previously I'm a big fan of patterned jeans. As someone who, above all, believes fashion should be fun, it is no surprise I'm drawn toward the wackier side of denim design. If it has a floral pattern, animal print or an interesting motif, chances are I'm probably going to love it! This is exactly why I had to talk about denim brand Current/Elliot.

I wanted to do a new series on the blog about my favourite brands and labels. I often get asked where something I'm wearing is from and I thought this would be a great way of sharing the highlights in my wardrobe. When it comes to clothes and accessories I have a penchant for pretty and girly. If it has a bow, flowers or lace there is a 99% chance I will love it. RED Valentino is the quintessential brand for girly girls. Read more
I mentioned in a recent wish list I was going to find myself a pair of these patent pink beauties by hook or by crook and hurrah I finally have them! Read more
I think everybody has a staple look which they love and feel uber comfortable in. I have one of two outfits which I consider to be my everyday uniform and wear alllll the time. It's either an oversized jumper paired with skinny jeans or a bodycon skirt with tights and a stack heeled ankle boot. It's simple, casual and puts comfort first which is totally me!

I distinctly remember my mum wearing dungarees when I was little and being mortifyingly embarrassed whenever she had them on which was most of the time. I swore to myself I would never look so ridiculous in all my life! So it is with my tail between my legs I declare my recent obsession with this particular item of clothing and how I finally understand why my mother never took them off as I'm currently living in mine.
