Having fallen head over heels in love with BCBG (for all the reasons I listed HERE) there were a few full price pieces I couldn’t resist splurging on from their recent A/W15 collection.
The fringe trend is not going anywhere and this skirt was too adorable to say no to. Every time I wear it I can’t help but do a little jig! I love the movement in it. This has come on holiday to Hawaii, to business meetings, dinner with my family and cocktails with my girlfriends. Basically it is safe to say it’s getting plenty of wear all over the place!

I work in the creative industry which means we don’t really do typical “formal workwear”. However, when I have a meeting or I’m with clients I (obviously) still want to look presentable. When I saw this dress I knew it’d be perfect for work. I adore the fun, clashing colour palette (which usually isn’t me at all!) and the super flattering drop hem style.

So this skirt is the same style as a couple seen in my BCBG Haul – Part 1 post. Even though this one was full price I couldn’t resist it because it has black, white and cream in it, which basically means it goes with everything and I’ve definitely had the most wear out of this one. I usually wear it when I’m heading out in the evening but don’t have time to go home and change, as it transitions effortlessly from day to night.

The final splurge was on these gorgeous tops. As I loved it so much I had to buy it in black and white. I like how these straddle the line between sophisticated and sexy. The little cut out shows enough flesh without being over the top.

This headpiece is also from BCBG. Surprisingly they have some super cute accessories, particularly their headbands and rings. If you’re looking for a special statement piece which isn’t crazy expensive you’d be well placed checking out their selection.
A quick word to the wise, like all American based labels, sizing does come up large. If you’re ordering online I would strongly advise going down a dress size, particularly if you are between sizes. I’m wearing XXS tops, XS skirt and size US2 dress (I usually wear a UK8).
