There is something about blue and white together aka nauti-cool which gets me feeling summer ready and puts a spring in my step.  It gives me that picnics & Pimms in the park, row boats on the lake kinda feeling.  It’s comfy, easy breezy and always in style.

I adore these Topshop Leigh jeans and despite having them for at least two years my obsession hasn’t waned even a millimetre.  They get pulled out every spring/summer and worn till everyone around me is sick of seeing them.  After a years hiatus Topshop has thankfully bought this striped print out again in a Mom style jean.  Vertical stripes have a way of elongating your body which makes these super flattering, so I would run and grab them while they’re still in stock because I have a feeling these are going to be a summer staple for a lot of people!

Outfit detail: Jeans – Topshop (find the same print, different jean style HERE) | Top – ZARA (find HERE) | Bag – Anya Hindmarch (find HERE) | Trainers – Converse x Comme des Garcons (similar HERE) | Personalised Bangle – Whistle + Bango (find HERE) Use code THATHNEWDRESS10 for 10% off | Bangle – J Crew (similar HERE on sale & HERE) | Rings – Wanderlust & Co (find HERE & HERE)

ZARA seems to be doing ruffles, off the shoulder and stripes to the extreme this season, so if this is your thing (like it is for me), you’ll be in seventh heaven!  Recently I’ve been rather spend happy in ZARA because it’s all so gorgeous and their styles and shapes are so spring ready.  This striped contrast t-shirt is one of my favourite finds because it’s one of those easy pieces that you can throw on and looks great with everything.  It has the ease of a t-shirt but with a lot more elegance and is such a perfect summer statement!
