If you want to wear joggers during the day I have few simple recommendations to keep it from looking like you've just rolled out of bed.

As a self confessed “Queen of Comfort” you have no idea how delighted I am sportswear has shifted and now become daily wear and  in some cases, evening wear!  I know for a lot of people the thought of wearing joggers out and about sends shivers down their spines, so I thought I’d style up a daytime and evening look featuring the most comfortable clothing on the planet!

If you want to wear joggers during the day I have few simple recommendations to keep it from looking like you’ve just rolled out of bed.

My first is to keep your look as monochromatic as possible.  A pair of black, grey or navy joggers look far more sophisticated and are far easier to style than a baby pink pair with My Little Pony all over them.  Oh, just me that has a pair of those?!  Swiftly moving on…

Second is a pair of Adidas Stan Smiths, the fashion pack’s trainer of choice.  Phoebe Philo, the messiah of fashion, bought these back with a bang, after she was spotted rocking them.  If it’s good enough for Phoebe, it’s good enough for the rest of us.  This must have shoe is the perfect compliment to a comfortable and stylish look.

My other big tip is throw on a leather jacket.  I chose my The Ragged Priest one because I’m still totally obsessed with it (read a full post about it HERE) but even your most beat up/perfectly worn in one works.  Throw it over your shoulders, to add that perfect edge and diminish any “slobby” connotations.

Keep an eye out for my evening look coming up in my next post.  Let me know if you agree with my styling tips and if you have any others to add to the mix.  I would love to hear them!
