The print and colours in this GP & J Baker x H&M button down shirt is absolutely beautiful.  It's the ideal transitional top moving into autumn.

In my last post I raved about the GP & J Baker x H&M collaboration (catch it HERE if you missed it) and I’m going to do it all over again!

Previously, I was going gaga for their geometric prints and this time I’m lusting over the more floral and Chinoiserie style pieces.

The print and colours in this GP & J Baker x H&M button down shirt is absolutely beautiful.  It’s the ideal transitional top moving into autumn (side note: please ignore the fact it needs a good iron/steam in these photos!).

I also really like the shape of it.  It reminds me of an artist shirt, as it’s really floaty and has billowing sleeves.  It’s one of those effortless pieces which is comfy to wear and easy to throw on with anything.

As I’m a “jeans gal” I like it most dressed down with denim and a biker jacket but it could also work as an office piece.  It’s smart enough for meetings but works equally well if you’ve got to head straight to afterwork drinks.

If you’re not sold on the blue, it also comes in an off white version which is currently on my wish list, see it HERE.

It also comes with matching pyjama style trousers which are divine (see them HERE).  I love them paired together as a co-ord but unfortunately they’re wayyy too long for me.  If you have long legs they are definitely worth checking out.

Finally onto the best part of all, this top is £8.99!  I literally couldn’t believe it when I saw the price,  It has too be one of the best bargains EVER!  What’s most surprisingly is the fabric is decent too.  It’s 50%  Lyocell and 50% Viscose and is so soft to touch.  The matching trousers are 100% viscose and only £34.99.

I recently couldn’t resist snapping up a few more pieces from this collaboration and got this embroidered tee HERE which is also a bargain for £8.99 and these fab Chinoiserie trousers HERE which are ridiculously comfy as they have so much stretch in them for only £17.99.  Let me know if you’d like to see blogposts showing how I style them.

Seriously, if you haven’t checked this collection out already, do so stat.  As you can probably tell I’m head over heels in love with it!
