The likes of Louis Vuitton and Chanel have been trailblazing this more glamourous style biker boot for the last season or so.
If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen these boots all over the grid. It’s safe to say I’m obsessed with them! Without a shadow of a doubt they’re my most worn shoes this winter.
This chunky style boot with a rubber sole and heel is really hot at the moment. The likes of Louis Vuitton and Chanel have been trailblazing this more glamourous style biker boot for the last season or so. I, of course, would love a pair from either brand but they’re priced somewhere between £800-£1200 and I’m just not sure I love the trend that much to spend that kind of money!
They have the killer heel from the Louis Vuitton and the pearl detailing of the Chanel. What makes them EVEN better is how affordable they are, they’re a very reasonable £45!
Also, these are SO versatile. I’ve worn them with jeans, long skirts and dresses. If you want to see them styled with plenty of different outfits head over to my Instagram page (@thatnewdress) as they’ve been featured in lots of photos!
I like them most worn with either a dress or skirt as I think that contrast between a cute dress or smart pencil skirt really works. It gives an outfit a very cool and edgy vibe.
Even how you zip them up can totally change the look and feel of them. Personally, I like to leave the zip half undone as it gives more of a chunky biker feel to them. However, if you prefer a slightly more refrained come more elegant look you can zip them all the way to the top.
Also, not only do they look great but considering how high they are they’re surprisingly comfy and easy to walk in. The ultra-chunky heel makes you feel really stable. There is little to no chance of toppling over in these!
If you too are enchanted by these boots I would buy a pair QUICK. They’re already sold out on the Pretty Little Thing website but there are still some sizes left on ASOS. I took my usual size but they are quite spacious so if you’re between sizes you could probably get away with sizing down.
