It is definitively Louboutin from the slender heel, to the pointed toe and elegant shape. No shoe fanatic is complete till they have a pair!
This is hardly a ground breaking fashion purchase but I had to share because I’m now convinced these are a wardrobe essential! I haven’t had them very long but I’ve found myself gravitating toward my new Christian Louboutin Pigalles continually.
I think for any Christian Louboutin fan the Pigalle shape is one of the top, if not the very top, design we lust after. It is definitively Louboutin from the slender heel, to the pointed toe and elegant shape. No shoe fanatic is complete till they have a pair!
Although I’ve eyed them up for ages I always stayed clear because they’re renowned for being uncomfortable. I’m not going to lie they aren’t walking (and definitely not dancing) shoes although this is inevitable given the heel height and lack of platform sole. Wear them to dinner or sat at the bar only. Also, make sure when you try them on for the first time they are a snug fit. They do stretch out, even the patent leather, and if they end up being too big they’ll be even more uncomfy.
I have the Pigalle Patent 100mm in Colombe. I personally think Colombe is the best colour way because they go with EVERYTHING and they’re slightly less common than the nude shade. These are without doubt the most versatile shoes I own. They look fab casual with ripped jeans, smart with tailored black trousers or even glam with a dress.
If you’re thinking about investing in a pair then I say definitely go for it and treat yourself!
