So it’s another grey day in London but I don’t even mind because I have my gorgeous new fuchsia parker from Poppy London.  Every time I’ve worn it I have had so many lovely compliments from passers by.

I’m wearing a size Small and it’s definitely oversized, particularly in the sleeves but I personally quite like that.  I can fit my chunky knitwear underneath without getting that horrible, overly snug feeling across my back and arms.  The only thing I do slightly wish is that I paid a little bit extra and got the fur lined version.  I didn’t realise when ordering the price difference was £75 which isn’t extortionate given the incredible warmth and “cuddliness” you get from the fur lined one.  I know because my friend has one and the fur lined version is much more like a proper winter coat, whereas my version, if I’m honest isn’t all that great at keeping you warm.  It’s more of an autumnal/ mild- weathered winter coat but if you layer up enough underneath it will still do the job, even in the dark depths of winter.

If you’re anti fur, then I’ve found a company called Elle Belle Attire which has pretty much the exact same style coat with the most gorgeous peach faux fur.  However, from what I have heard they are selling out exceptionally fast but if you can’t see what you are after on their website then definitely give them a quick call, as they may be able to order for you.
