After all the festive partying there is nothing better than being able to totally unwind on Christmas Day. This year I’m going be rocking my comfiest outfit of all, my OnePiece onesie. Onesies have divided the nation and whether you love or hate them, there’s no denying their comfort factor. As someone who refuses to compromise on comfort, I sit firmly in the love camp. You only have to glance at these photos to see how happy being in my OnePiece makes me! Big smiles all around.
I’ve had many onesies over the years but my all time favourite is this grey one from OnePiece. In terms of quality it’s above and beyond any others, the thickness and softness of the fabric is incredible Yes, they’re that little bit pricier than the high street versions but the cosiness factor is incomparable. Plus they wash really well, so you always feel like you’re climbing into a brand new onesie every time you put it on. If you’ve been thinking about treating yourself to one, this is the time to do it, so that way you can have the snuggly Christmas too! Trust me, you’ll be so pleased you got it! Plus if you use code THATNEWDRESS you can get 15% off your order (valid till 23 December 2016).

This OnePiece onesie is the only one I feel comfortable running to the supermarket or doing a quick Starbucks run in. I remember once (many years ago) I was having dinner with a friend after a very heavy night the night before. It’s definitely fair to say I was feeling very delicate, so trust me when I say getting myself out of the house in itself was an achievement! Out of laziness and the fact my sore head was unable to think straight, I wore my onesie shaped like a rabbit to dinner. It was a super casual restaurant but even so, after the waiter had taken my order he asked if I wanted a carrot with my meal! Now that I’m a bit older and wiser I would never go out in public in an animal shaped onesie. Although I see no shame in wearing them around the house!
I still maintain my OnePiece one though just about manages to be acceptable in public in small doses for super quick errands!
