An Acne leather coat has been on my wishlist for a couple of years so this was the perfect opportunity to score one at a discount.

Firstly, I want to say a HUGE thank you for all the lovely and helpful comments on my previous post.  It was so helpful to hear about the type of content you find most interesting and enjoyable.  Styling posts and fashion reviews seem to be the most popular, so I’m back with a corker!

As you know I’m a huge fan of Bicester Village, I’ve done previous haul posts, HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE (these posts really show the evolution of this blog, some of these are embarrassingly old!!).  If you haven’t been and you LOVE your luxury fashion, it’s a MUST go.  They’ve recently undergone a massive extension and added about 30 new boutiques, so it’s even better (if that’s possible).  For any shopaholic, it’s the best day out!

On this occasion, I splurged on 3 uh-mazing items.  I went with the intention of picking up two but the third one was a “saw them, had to have them” moment.

Christian Dior Chelsea Boots

My first purchase was the most divine Chelsea boots from Christian Dior.  I originally saw these boots in the Dior boutique on Bond Street and instantly fell in love but at £900 I couldn’t justify them.

I’m very lucky to have a contact who works at Dior and she knew how much I loved these boots, so when they arrived into the Bicester boutique 18 months later, she kindly gave me a heads up.  I ended by bagging them for a much more purse friendly £432!

Outfit details: Top – Miss Selfridge (find HERE) | Body – Stella McCartney (similar HERE) | Cardigan – I Love Mr Mittens (find HERE in rose-burgundy & HERE in light blue-grey) | Jeans – JBrand (similar HERE & HERE for a more affordable version) | Boots – Christian Dior (similar HERE & HERE for a VERY affordable version) | Bag – Gucci (find HERE & HERE)

Obviously, these are still quite an investment but a Chelsea boot is such a wardrobe staple which I didn’t have in my closet already.  I just adore the crystal strass detailing on them.  It adds the perfect twist to this classic style.

My love for them has been confirmed by just how much I’ve worn them recently.  I pair these with everything from jeans to dresses.

Acne Leather Jacket

One of the new boutiques which recently opened as part of the new Bicester Village extension is Acne Studios.  An Acne leather coat has been on my wishlist for a couple of years so this was the perfect opportunity to score one at a discount.

I was disappointed by how limited the stock in the Acne store was.  There were huge gaping gaps on the rails where they didn’t have sufficient stock to fill them.  Having said that, they did have a small rail at the back dedicated to leather jackets.

There was about 5 or 6 jackets to choose from.  I was really lucky to find this one in the exact colour and style I wanted.  Other styles included the same as mine in red, a black one in the very oversized style, plus a couple of others.  Discounts were around 40%-50% off (I paid £700 for this one).

Outfit details: Jacket – Acne Studios (find HERE in black) | Sweater – Finders Keeper (similar HERE (love this one and so affordable!) & HERE) | Skirt – BCBG (similar HERE & HERE) | Boots – Christian Dior (similar HERE & HERE for a VERY affordable version) | Bag – Chanel (find HERE & HERE)

I’m delighted I found it in the nude, I think it’s such a versatile colour and goes with absolutely everything.  Expect to see it a lot more of it on the blog from now as I’m wearing it with pretty much every outfit.

Chloe Susanna Boots

I did a whole review on the Chloe Susanna boots HERE.  If you caught that post you’ll know what a fan I am of these booties.  It took me 8 years to decide to buy my first pair but only 6 months to treat myself to a second.  I think that says it all!

I know it seems like madness to have 2 pairs of the same booties but my first pair is in Bordeaux velvet which is much more suitable to the winter.  Whereas I thought this denim pair would be ideal during the summer.  I can already imagine them with gorgeous cream floaty dresses.  Till summer arrives I’m wearing them with light wash denim or white jeans.

These are still available full price but I managed to score them for £374 which I’m pretty chuffed with!

Outfit details: Denim Jacket – ZARA (similar HERE & HERE) | Top – H&M (find HERE on SALE) | Jeans – Topshop (find HERE) | Boots – Chloe (find HERE & HERE) | Bag – Loewe (find HERE)

If you’ve ever been to Bicester Village, I would love to know what’s the best bargain you found.  If you haven’t been, then just let me know your best ever sale purchase.

I can already imagine that the nude leather jacket and the Chloe boots will be used so much as soon as the winter is over! Can’t wait to see what you will be styling them with! 😀
