These have the same effect as wearing a pair of high heels but without looking like you're trying to hard.
The love affair continues with my Kurt Geiger “Lucky” flatforms. As I promised in my previous post (catch it HERE if you missed it) I restyled these for a more casual, fun-day out sort of look, whereas the last outfit had more of a smart/sophisticated edge to it. I told you these shoes were incredibly versatile!
These shoes are seriously the bomb with dresses! They lengthen and slim down your legs sooo much. They have the same effect as wearing a pair of high heels but without looking like you’re trying to hard. No one could accuse you of looking tarty in these, even if they are paired with a short dress or skirt. I think it’s such a gorgeous, on trend summery look and as soon as the British weather sorts itself out, this is what I’ll be wearing throughout the spring/ upcoming summer.
The Charlotte Simone obsession continues with this recent addition, I swear even I think it’s getting a little out of hand, my wardrobe is exploding with fluffy accessories. Plus there will be yet another Charlotte Simone reveal coming next week but that was a sample sale buy so in my mind it doesn’t count! This scarf is the Big Daddy style which was part of the A/W16 launch and is the bigger, bolder version of the much loved Popsicle. I adore this colour way, which was exclusive to Matches Fashion although sadly it’s now sold out, but I did have two separate men on the same day ask if I was wearing either my Chelsea FC or Queens Park Rangers scarf! As if! Despite these silly males I still feel a Charlotte Simone scarf is there perfect finishing touch to pretty much any outfit and I can’t recommend them enough. Whenever I end up treating myself to something from there it always ends up being a great investment.
